Hi! Sheri here, the yenta. I am a longtime believer in matchmaking. In the summer of 1969, as university students in Buffalo, New York, my parents were fixed-up, went out on a blind date, and were married a year later. So, I’m a product of a successful match.

Forty years after my parents met, I introduced my best friend to her future husband.

I launched Matchbox Yenta in 2014 to make my matchmaking hobby more official.

Years later, I now spend most of my time matching people with ideas primarily through consulting work, community leadership, and writing.
